How will this knowledge help me in my practice
This course strengthens providers’ DIR® practice by deepening advanced clinical reasoning, reflective capacity, and interdisciplinary understanding. Through guided practicum experiences, case-based learning, and faculty-led discussion, participants refine their ability to work thoughtfully with complex developmental and mental health challenges while enhancing their skills in coaching, mentoring, and professional collaboration. These competencies support stronger clinical decision-making, more intentional intervention planning, and greater confidence in both practice and leadership within DIR®-informed settings.
